I have experience tracking assay and cell images with high accuracy even with relatively low signal. My code improved image registration from ~98 to 100% accuracy at Inflammatix.

Better analysis means imaging errors were completely eliminated. I have performed these analyses on cell cultures, microfluidics, and biochemical assays.
